iTeach is one-week intensive seminar in the creation and production of distance-delivered courses using the latest in research-based best practices, produced by the UAF Center for Distance Education in conjunction with a local campus trainer or instructional designer. Focus is on hands-on activities using your materials.

* Effective use of Learning Management Systems and Elluminate Live!
* Creating classroom community and with social software
* Distributed classroom management and assessment
* Second Life and virtual learning environments
* Creating and maintaining one’s own personal learning environment
